What You Can Expect
We perform the following functions as part of notarizing signatures on documents all of which are required. Examine the document for completeness 
(If the document is not complete we will not notarize)
  • Assess type of notarial act desired
  • Have you record and sign our record book with a thumb print
  • Identify the document signer with a vaild ID (have your ID ready)
  • Confirm the signers' capacity to understand the document on which the signature is to be notarized
  • Administer the oath or take the acknowledgment
  • Complete the notarial certificate
What Information we will need from you
Our notary is experienced in notarizing wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits and more. 

Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:
  • Bring a valid, driver's license, state ID or passport with you when you visit us for notary services.
  • Make sure to bring all of the documents that need notarized with you. Also bring extra copies of your documents just in case. 
  • Make sure the documents are complete and ready for signature.Our notary is only authorized to witness the signing of documents. Notaties are prohibited from helping prepare or assisting in completing documents.
  • Some documents may require additional witnesses in addition to the notarization.
